Shipping policy

While we do our best to make sure to get your products shipped out within 24 hours of us receiving your order due to the nature of the items, we sell some items such as our candles may only be shipped out on specific days of the week. This is to prevent your candles from sitting in transit on a truck or shipping facility for long periods of time and cause melting of your product. The last thing we want is to deliver you a product that is damaged and spilled all over the packaging. In times of extreme heat waves, we may have to delay shipping and wait for a cool down or your candles may come with a cool pack inside the shipping box. Under certain circumstances if you have an urgent need for our products quickly, please email us immediately and we will see if it is feasible to get them to you sooner.
